CHURCH PLANTING ASSISTANCE
Ark Youth Ministries coordinates and sponsors short term Missions trips to assist in Church planting efforts, both nationally and internationally. These trips are designed to give people of all ages an opportunity to serve and learn through service for our Lord in helping Church Planters. These week long trips are opportunities for spiritual growth and self examination, all while exposing the believer to the need for Church Planting in our World.
CRISIS PREGNANCY CENTER
Ark Youth Ministries offers free pregnancy testing, pro life counseling emphasizing the value of human life, and post abortion counseling. Many of these young girls are unmarried, frightened and living without the Lord. Each client is always given a clear presentation of the Gospel, giving them hope for the future.
CRISIS PREVENTION PROGRAMS
Ark Youth Ministries began with Crisis Prevention Programs. Each week, volunteers go into high risk, low income neighborhoods to lead singing, teach the Bible, and challenge young people through scripture memory. These “Bible Studies” as some of the young people call them, are specifically designed to teach the young people Biblical principles pertaining to morality, value of life, and respect for authority. For many of the youth attending, these programs will be the only exposure to the Bible. Each week, the Gospel is clearly presented, and young people are invited to believe on Jesus Christ as their Savior.
DEEP CREEK YOUTH ACADEMY
The Staff of Ark Youth Ministries offer Chaplaincy Services to the young men in the behavioral program of Deep Creek Youth Academy. Each week, Church Services and Bible Studies are offered to the students, as well as one on one Discipleship and Counseling. Many young men come to know Christ, with many of them returning to society and serving the Lord in local churches and the ministry. After successful completion of the program at Deep Creek, Ark Youth Ministries also is available to assist with Care home placement for those who have no home.
MISSION POSSIBLE CAMP
Each summer, in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina, Ark Youth Ministries hosts “Mission: Possible Camp.” For one week each year, young people and young adults gather together for one purpose: to consider the cause of the Gospel, and God’s calling on their lives. Mission: Possible Camp isn’t for your average young person: it’s designed for the follower of Jesus Christ who is surrendered to God’s purpose for their life. Mission: Possible Camp is staffed with Veteran Missionaries and Pastors, who are experienced to counsel our campers as to pursuing God’s will. Campers will enjoy a week of challenging Bible messages, exciting games and activities, the best camp food you’ll find, and relationships that will last long after Camp has ended. All Camp alumni are encouraged to get involved with our Church Planting Assistance Trips, offered throughout the year.
